Always busy and bustling when it comes to that time of year once again. Sanitarium Square is the large area that is just outside the Largo's Genetic Opera House, which holds the most anticipated event of the year. During any other time, watch your back, most body and organ peddlers don't take no for an answer.

Home to the Genetic Opera! GeneCo's most anticipated and popular event of the year. Come see various artists perform songs and arias! Tickets are almost impossible to get, but luckily, the Company broadcasts the show on TV.

There are tons of magazines nowadays that have to do with everything Genetics and GeneCo nowadays. They are pretty popular, as it is mostly how the general public finds out about the new surgeries and genetic options that are avalible, along with the hot gossip of the celebrity Scalpel Sluts.

ecently established, the Zydrate Support Network offers help to those addicted to GeneCo's painkiller, Zydrate. Meetings are everyday at noon with additional meetings on other days.

The streets and alleyways of the city. Not many cars come here anymore, but there are still the occasional drug dealers, prostitutes, and Graverobbers lurking everywhere. Just be wary, you never know if there's a Repo Man out.

Before the organ epidemic happened, the park was filled with happiness and joy. Nowadays, its just a dark deserted place with not much visitors. It's still beautiful for scenery, as it still holds the only plant life still found on the island, but who cares when you're out looking for a fix of Z.

More like a giant tomb that the city was built over top of. The Company Graveyard holds every single body that died in the organ epidemic, along with the repossessed bodies of the Repo Men's victims. Graverobbers are frequent, yet stealthy, sight, while others just come visit passed on loved ones.

A polluted river running through the city, the banks of which ridden with drug dealers and other such "filth of the city". Most GraveRobbers live down here, keeping their business secret.
